Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at buysuq.com. We want you to love every item you order. If something doesn’t feel right, our return and exchange process is designed to be simple and transparent.
1. Items Eligible for Return
You may return a product if:
- The item is unused, unwashed and in its original condition
- All tags, labels and packaging are intact
- The return request is placed within 7 days of delivery
- The product matches one of the eligible categories listed below
Eligible Categories
- Women’s clothing
- Footwear
- Fashion accessories (except items mentioned under “Non-Returnable”)
Non-Eligible Categories
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety or product type:
- Innerwear, lingerie, shapewear
- Swimwear
- Socks, stockings
- Beauty and personal care items
- Jewelry
- Free items or items under special promotions
- Products marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page
2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted for:
- Size issues
- Color issues (if the color delivered is different from what you ordered)
- Damaged or defective items
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or color is not available, you may opt for a refund instead.
3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
You may be asked to share photos or videos to help us verify the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference.
4. Return Process
Here’s how the return process works:
Step 1: Submit a Return Request
Contact our support team at orders@buysuq.com with:
- Order number
- Item you want to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
Step 2: Pickup/Drop-off
Once your request is approved:
- Our courier partner will pick up the item, OR
- We may ask you to self-ship in certain cases (you will be reimbursed up to a fixed amount)
Step 3: Quality Check
After the product reaches our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection.
Returns may be rejected if the product is found to be used, damaged or missing tags.
Step 4: Refund or Exchange
Once the product clears inspection, your refund or exchange is processed.
5. Refund Timelines
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
- UPI / Wallet: 1–3 business days
- Credit / Debit Card: 3–7 business days
- Net Banking: 2–5 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund issued as bank transfer or store credit
- Store Credit: Instant after approval
Timelines may vary depending on your bank.
6. Return Rejection Conditions
Your return may be rejected if:
- The item is used or washed
- Tags or original packaging are missing
- The item shows signs of wear, perfume or alterations
- The return was initiated after 7 days
- The product belongs to a non-returnable category
- The product fails quality check
Rejected returns will be shipped back to you.
7. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order before it is shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You may request a return after delivery following the policy above.
8. Self-Shipping Reimbursement
In rare cases where pickup is unavailable, we may request you to self-ship the product.
A shipping reimbursement will be provided up to a fixed limit after the product passes quality check.
9. Important Notes
- We do not offer reverse pickup for certain pin codes due to courier limitations.
- Refunds will only be initiated after successful quality check.
- We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet policy conditions.
