Any inconsistency between policies shall be resolved in favor of this Policy with respect to shipping and delivery matters.
2. Order Processing and Dispatch
- All orders are subject to verification, approval, and availability.
- The Company shall process orders within a standard timeframe of 1–2 business days following confirmation of payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- The Company retains the exclusive right to delay or refuse order processing due to inventory shortages, technical issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping Charges and Fees
- Applicable shipping fees, if any, shall be displayed during the checkout process.
- Free shipping offers are subject to the terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria determined by the Company.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or regulatory fees arising from shipment outside India shall be borne solely by the Customer.
5. Risk of Loss and Title
- Title and risk in respect of all products pass to the Customer upon dispatch from the Company’s facility.
- The Customer assumes full responsibility for any loss, damage, or misdelivery occurring after dispatch, except in cases where the Company is expressly liable as specified under this Policy.
6. Tracking and Communication
- Tracking information shall be provided to the Customer upon dispatch of the order.
- The Company is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies in tracking updates provided by third-party courier services.
- The Customer acknowledges that the Company does not guarantee real-time tracking or uninterrupted courier service.
7. Failed or Refused Deliveries
- The courier may attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
- Repeated failure or refusal to accept delivery may result in the order being returned to the Company.
- Any additional shipping charges incurred for reshipment shall be borne exclusively by the Customer.
- The Company may, at its sole discretion, cancel any order in cases of repeated failed delivery attempts.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Misdelivered Products
- Claims regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be submitted to the Company within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic or video evidence.
- Verification of claims is at the sole discretion of the Company.
- Upon validation, the Company shall either replace the product or issue a refund, in accordance with its Return Policy.
9. Limitations and Exclusions of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from shipping delays, losses, or errors.
- Any damage caused by courier negligence, misdelivery, or external events beyond the Company’s control.
- Claims arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the Customer.
The Company’s liability, if any, shall be limited exclusively to the value of the products shipped.
10. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held responsible for delays, failures, or non-performance in shipping caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, or transportation disruptions.
11. Amendments
The Company reserves the unilateral right to amend, modify, or replace this Policy at any time. Any modifications shall become effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Continued use of the shipping services constitutes acceptance of the amended Policy.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
