How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard: 3–5 business days in metro cities; 5–7 elsewhere. Express: 1–2 business days metro. Remote areas: 10–15 business days. See Shipping Policy for details.

How can I track my order?

After shipment you’ll get a tracking number by email/SMS. Use Order History or click “Track” from your order card in My Account.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Open a return from My Orders and follow steps. Some categories (e.g. underwear) are non-returnable—see Return Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit/credit cards, netbanking, UPI, and popular wallets. Cash on Delivery availability depends on location.

How do I cancel an order?

Cancel from My Orders before the item ships. If already shipped, start a return once delivered.

I entered the wrong address — can I change it?

Contact support immediately (orders@buysuq.com). If not shipped, we can update it; otherwise follow the returns flow after delivery.

How do I apply a discount or coupon?

Enter the coupon code on the checkout page before payment. Only one coupon may apply per order unless otherwise stated.

What are the size & fit guidelines?

Check each product’s size chart on the product page. Use the “Size Guide” link and measured dimensions to choose the best fit.

Can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Yes — download the invoice from Order Details in your account or request it at orders@buysuq.com

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we ship only within India. (Change this when you enable international shipping.)

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Report damaged/incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange return and replacement or refund.

How is my payment information secured?

Payments are processed over encrypted channels by PCI-compliant payment partners. We never store your full card data on our servers.

How do refunds work and how long do they take?

Refunds are processed after we receive the returned item. Time to reflect depends on the payment method (usually 5–10 business days).

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift receipts?

Gift wrapping is available at checkout for applicable products. Add a gift message where provided.

How do I use the Buysuq wallet?

Top up Wallet. Use wallet balance at checkout. Wallet top-up methods: card, UPI. (If you need payouts, include Razorpay integration notes.)

How do I contact customer support?

Can I change my size after placing an order?

Only if the order hasn’t shipped. Contact support immediately; otherwise return/exchange after delivery.

Are there authenticity guarantees for branded items?

Yes. All branded products sold directly by buysuq.com are 100% authentic. Contact us if you suspect otherwise.

How do returns/refunds affect cashbacks or coupons used?

Refund amount may be adjusted by discounts/coupons per policy. Cashback or coupon values may be revoked on returned items.
